Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: \xc2\xb7 Lead and mentor a team of designers, including architects, structural engineers, steel and aluminum detailers \xc2\xb7 Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging the team to generate fresh ideas and concepts. 2. Project Management: \xc2\xb7 Plan, organize, and prioritize design projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, projects and production, to ensure the successful execution of design projects. 3. Design Strategy: \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company\'s branding and business goals. \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors\' design initiatives. 4. Concept Development: \xc2\xb7 Work closely with designers to conceptualize and create design concepts, sketches, or prototypes. \xc2\xb7 Review and approve design proposals and presentations. 5. Quality Assurance: \xc2\xb7 Ensure the quality and consistency of design work, maintaining high standards of aesthetics, functionality, and user experience. 6. Resource Management: \xc2\xb7 Manage design resources, including budgets, software, hardware, and external design partners or agencies. 7. Client and Stakeholder Communication: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and provide updates on project progress. 8. Problem Solving: \xc2\xb7 Identify and address design-related challenges and make informed decisions to resolve them effectively. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a relevant design field (architect/civil engineer) \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects minimum 10 years, \xc2\xb7 Experience in prefabrication, aluminum, steel structures, events structures, temporary structures will be an advantage, \xc2\xb7 Leadership and management skills, including team management and project management. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in design software and tools (Revit, STAAD, SAP2000 etc) \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and presentation skills. \xc2\xb7 Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
