The Role

PRECAST DESIGN MANAGER Salary Up to 37,000 AED Per Month Leading Middle Eastern Pre-Cast Business with over 39 Years successful trading across the Gulf. You will be responsible for overseeing the design and engineering aspects of precast concrete structures, managing the process from concept design over basic design all the way to fabrication and installations drawings. Managing a team of structural designers and engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop efficient and innovative precast solutions that meet project requirements. You will report into the Head of Engineering based in the Dubai Office. Client o Successfully delivered projects in the UAE, Qatar, KSA & Kuwait o Manufacturing facilities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Bahrain o Product's - Walls, Culverts, Bridges , Infrastructure, Prestressed Girder Beams , Manholes , Furniture, Sculptures, Slabs, Beams & Panels , Staircases o Strong relationships with Clients , Consultants & Main Contractors o 39 Years successful trading o Strong financial position



Requirements

What we expect to see on a CV for a successful application: o Masters degree in Civil Engineering or a Relevant Construction Experience o 15 Years Design & Structural Engineering Experience o Middle East experience understanding codes, practices and industry standards o Leadership experience handling o Design Software Experience - Etabs, SAFE, SAP2000, Concise Beams, AutoCAD + Revit o Must have a UAE driving license o Strong communication skills & personality traits to build teams and form relationships with clients
