We are seeking experienced Design Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design process for large-scale theming projects, including theme parks, water parks, and specialist immersive experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of the creative and technical aspects of design, along with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Management:
- Implement design strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Design Development:
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and creative professionals to integrate design elements and technical requirements.Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of designers, architects, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.- Provide guidance and direction to ensure the team delivers high-quality design solutions.- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 10 years of experience in design management, with a focus on large-scale theming projects.\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of successfully delivering theme parks, water parks, or immersive experience projects.\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and team management skills.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation abilities.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Personal Attributes:
