DescriptionWe are working with a Western Project Management Consultancy in the UAE who are looking to hire a Design Manager / Sustainability Consultant to join their team. This person will be a LEED Green Associate with a focus on Sustainability.The Company:The role is working for a Western PMC, established in the UAE for many years. They also have offices in the UK and KSA. They provide full PMC services including Design, Cost Consultancy and Project Management. Boasting an impressive portfolio of projects across the Middle East covering Residential, Hospitality, Retail, F&B and Commercial working with the biggest clients in the country.The role will be based out of their Dubai office with travel to Abu Dhabi required.Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related filed
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience
- Professional certifications / memberships such as LEED AP ID+C, LEED AP BD+C, LEED O&M, BREEAM, Sustainability, WELL certification \xe2\x80\x93 Essential
- Multi-lingual (ie Arabic) abilities are an advantage
- Must have significant experience in the GCC particularly UAE and KSA
- Consultant / Client-side experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing tasks and projects.
- Proven track record of managing multiple medium to large scale projects
