We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager - Architectural to join our prestigious firm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee and guide the architectural design process for high-profile projects across the region.

• Lead and inspire a team of architects and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Manage multiple complex architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop and refine architectural designs
• Oversee the creation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes
• Develop and implement design strategies aligned with client requirements and project objectives
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
• Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and senior management
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative design practices to maintain the firm's competitive edge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Professional architectural licence or registration
• Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of managing complex mix used development projects
• Advanced proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and mentoring design teams
• In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, practices, and current industry trends
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in client relations and stakeholder management
• Understanding of sustainable design practices and LEED principles
• LEED AP certification is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
