Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager - Senior Architect to join our team. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process of our real estate development projects from concept to authority submission. This role involves coordinating with consultant to ensure that designs meet all regulatory requirements, project specifications, and client expectations. Coordinate landscape and entrance lobbies of each building to elevate the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process, interior, exterior for all real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
• Work closely with consultant and client to develop and refine design concepts.
• Review and approve architectural and facade design documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and incorporate their feedback into the design process.
• Promote innovative and sustainable design practices in all projects.
• Address and resolve any design-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed records of design activities and prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Design Manager in any of the reputable consultancy firm.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Studio max). o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
