What You\'ll Be Doing:Planning design deliverable of infrastructure dry utilities across multiple large-scale projects.
Monitoring productivity, quality and achieving planned deliverables.
Attending meetings with local authorities for all required design approvals.
Coordinating with clients for design deliverable and progress updates.
Attending internal meetings with senior management and updating progress on design deliverables.
Planning staff resourcing and hiring engineering and CAD staff as required.
Regularly supervises a group of engineers and drafting staff.
Conducting performance evaluations, takes corrective action as necessary, recommends promotions and salary actions, and recommends training and development for assigned personnel.
Mentoring junior engineers and supporting them to develop their skills.
Any other tasks related to the design deliverable and as advised by the management.
What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:4-year degree in electrical engineering from accredited university (or equivalent) is preferred, 15+ years of related experience.
Extensive design experience on infrastructure projects related to dry utilities such as HV, MV, LV and ELV, Telecommunications, street lighting etc.
Hand on experience on related local standards and regulations.
Management and motivation of skilled and young engineering team.
Ability to work on high demand work environment.
Thorough knowledge of the electrical engineering and capabilities and efficiencies of specific engineering software for use in completing engineering assignments, including design management and collaboration software.
Capability of managing large complex design programs.
Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and regulations. Ability to estimate the time and cost required to complete technical assignments for proposals and project estimates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective communication with clients, management, and project personal on technical and non-technical subjects.
Primary interface with client on all technical matters.
