About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Design Lead to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in illustration, graphic design, UI/UX, and video designing & editing. This role demands a creative thinker with a proven ability to manage and lead a team, as well as collaborate effectively across departments to deliver outstanding visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of designers to produce high-quality creative work.

Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business objectives.

Create visually appealing illustrations and graphics for various projects.

Design and refine user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that are intuitive and engaging.

Utilize Figma (preferred) or any other relevant platform for UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping.

Edit and produce compelling video content, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive design across all channels.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of innovation.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Provide constructive feedback to team members to foster growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design leadership role.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.

Expertise in illustration, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques.

Advanced skills in Figma for UI/UX design.

Solid understanding of video design and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.

Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles.

Experience with brand identity design and development.
