Description: Ability to create detailed technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of materials selection, manufacturing processes, and tolerance analysis. Problem-solving skills to address design challenges and optimize performance. Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing detailed drawings and assembly drawings 3D modeling, P&ID, General arrangement drawings.
- Creates 3-D SolidWorks/ and 2-D drawings for multiple product lines.
- Makes any necessary changes to existing models or drawings.
- Acquire technical data via catalogs, the internet, vendors, to create models and drawings.
- Producing3D models and detailed design drawings using Solid Works technologies.
- Transforms initial rough product designs or sketches into working models and documents.
- Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings
- Maintains relationships of models and drawing files in an organized fashion
- Create and check assembly layouts and detail part drawings for legacy programs.
- Develops 2D and 3D drawings with guidance and oversight from senior team personnel.
- Prepare the Bill of Material.
- Create, review, edit, and format documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, manuals, forms, templates, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with established guidelines and standards.
- Establish and maintain document control processes, including version control, document tracking, distribution, and archival, to ensure that documents are current, accessible, and properly managed throughout their lifecycle.
