Responsible for design of all thermoforming or GRP parts and molds required in production of vehicles
Review the parts deigned by D.E for suitability of molding or forming and suggest required changes for parts extraction
Prepare design of blocks required for machining molds and release 2D and 3D data for manufacturing.
Communicate with all parties involved on project to validate designed parts on terms of integration on vehicle ( Electric, Manufacturing, mounting)
In charge of using non-conventional technologies for rapid prototyping as (3D scanner & 3D printing)
Other Engineering related works as instructed by Engineering Manager & Engineering Director
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 year experience in related field
Relevant experience in Solid Works or similar design solution a must.
