About the Role

In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing concept designs for a diverse range of residential and hospitality projects. You will work closely with senior architects, project managers, and clients to translate project briefs into compelling design proposals that capture the essence of the brand and create unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop concept designs tailored to the unique character, target audience, and brand identity of each project.
• Create high-quality presentation materials, including sketches, 3D models, and mood boards, that effectively communicate the design narrative and project functionality.
• Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, meet all technical requirements, and optimize guest flow.
• Participate in the design development across the project life cycle including the detailed design.
• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other project documentation.
• Develop and present architectural designs and plans.
• Coordinate and review the outcome of the appointed consultants, contractors, and other professionals.
• Participate in the design related site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• At least 3 years' UAE experience working on architectural projects, with a strong focus on residential and hospitality design.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, sustainable design practices.
• Experienced in architectural design and technical detailing
• Knowledgeable in latest UAE building codes, circulars, authorities permit and procedures experience
• Knowledgeable in Inter-disciplinary design coordination experience (with Structural, MEP, etc.)
• Preferably to have experience in Residential architectural design and High / Super High-Rise Buildings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and design visualization tools (SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in interior design is a plus.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
