Job Description
Are you an experienced Design Architect who is looking to join a global design firm?My client, an award-winning multiple-office design firm who works with prestigious brands from the worlds of retail and hospitality is currently looking to expand its team within their Dubai office.They are looking for a Design Architect to join their team with a minimum of 3 years of experience to work on projects that include large-scale luxury hospitality interiors and high-end residential buildings located around the world.To be considered for the Design Architect role you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- Extensive experience in hospitality projects (large-scale would be beneficial)
- Strong creative and conceptual skills
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture
- GCC / UAE experience - advantage but not essential
- Develop innovative and sustainable architectural design concepts that integrate aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
- Take architectural design projects from conception to completion, ensuring design excellence, functionality, and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints.
- Create and present design proposals, including drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations, to effectively communicate design intent and solutions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of project site, context, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to inform the design process.
- Guide design team members, providing mentorship, and ensuring design cohesiveness and quality throughout the project.
