Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Design Architect at Arch Design Concept in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Design Architect will be responsible for communication with clients, architecture design, design management, creating construction drawings, and overseeing architectural design projects.

you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the built environment. You will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of architectural excellence, functionality, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design: Develop innovative and creative design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.o Design Development: Refine design concepts into detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives.o Technical Drawings: Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings for construction documentation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.o Client Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and effectively communicating design ideas.o Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.o Project Management: Oversee project timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.o Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design intent.o Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles into projects, considering energy efficiency, material selection, and environmental impact.o Building Regulations: Stay updated on local and international building regulations, codes, and standards.o Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.o 5-10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a consultancy firm.o Strong design skills, including conceptualization, visualization, and problem-solving.o Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.o Excellent communication and presentation skills.o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.o Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai. is a pluso Passion for innovative and sustainable design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
