Job Description

BH-NS Engineering Consultants is looking for a skilled Design Architect to contribute to the success of our projects through creative and practical design solutions. As a key member of our team, 5 -7 years of experience as a Design Architect Engineer with exposure of leading a team.

- Very good communication

- Strong lead personality to manage the design team.

- Excellent client exposure and well-versed communication; speaking & writing (English & Arabic will be advantage).

Key Responsibilities (Not Limited):

• Managed the Architectural design of projects from the concept to the construction stage.
• Tracked the project work plan and distributed work among the design and supervision teams.
• Managed hours and budget to ensure the project is delivered on schedule at the highest quality.
• Ensured all Architectural design is in line with the local authorities (DM, DCD, DDA and DCD)
• Lead the team to ensure that the overall project timeline is closely monitored and to ensure timely outputs from the team
• "Must have 5 - 7 working experiences" of working for Engineering Consultants Dubai (U.A.E) firm on large residential and hospitality projects.
• Manage architectural design projects from conception to completion, ensuring design excellence, functionality, and adherence to project requirements
• Bring concepts and ideas to life through 3D modelling software.
• Producing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Conceptualizing and developing architectural designs that align with project goals and client specifications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Building Technology
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and other relevant design software.
• Excellent understanding with architectural drafting and documentation standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design and documentation
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Handle architecture design activities including concept design and design development & Details design.
• Providing leadership and guidance to junior architects and interns as necessary.
• Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.
