Job Title: Design Architect

Experience: 5- 8 years (in UAE)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Knowledge to work in Revit a must.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in UAE with Engineering consultants.

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and sections using computer-aided design software such as Revit / AutoCad. Ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the Senior architects, designers to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with local building codes, regulations, and zoning ordinances applicable to architectural projects in the UAE. Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements throughout the design process.
• Work collaboratively with project teams, including architects, engineers, interior designers, and contractors, to coordinate design efforts and resolve technical issues. Participate in design meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards in the UAE.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design changes, communications, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and present detailed design documentation for client review.
• Coordinate with the client for the review of the project designs.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3D max and other relevant design software.
