Position Overview:

As a Design and Fit-Out Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the design and fit-out process. Your role will involve identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their design and fit-out needs.

Consultation:

Conduct site visits and consultations to assess requirements and provide expert advice on design options and materials.

Proposal Development:

Create detailed proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and budgets, tailored to client specifications.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to inform sales strategies.

Networking:

Attend industry events and networking functions to promote DFYN BUILD and generate new leads.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 of experience in sales, preferably in the design, construction, or fit-out industry.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Personal Traits:

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
