Key Responsibilities:- Design and estimate smoke management systems for various projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. - Conduct site visits and gather necessary information to develop accurate and cost-effective designs. - Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that all designs meet safety standards and comply with applicable codes and regulations. - Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and schematics. - Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for the implementation of smoke management systems. - Communicate with clients and contractors to gather project requirements, address any concerns, and provide technical support. - Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in smoke management system design and apply them to our products. - Participate in technical reviews and provide suggestions for improvement to existing designs.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in smoke management system design and estimation. - Proficient in CAD software and other engineering design tools. - Strong understanding of relevant safety standards and codes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Professional engineer (PE) license is a plus.
