About Us

We are a brand-new premium clinic located in one of the most prestigious areas of Dubai. We specialize in the treatment of acne, rosacea, scars, pigmentation and in improving the quality of the body such as weight loss, IVs, ozempic, massage, EMS. We are looking for young and ambitious specialists who want to develop in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality control of services provided in the clinic

Lead and manage clinical staff, including dermatologists, nurses, and administrative personnel

Ensure compliance with the DHA regulations and licensing requirements and filling out medical documentation

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local healthcare laws and standards

Prepare for and facilitate inspections by health authorities

Oversee billing processes and ensure timely collection of payments and analyze financial reports

Consulting and performing cosmetic procedures of patients with dermatological concerns (treating acne, rosacea, scars, pigmentation, removal of neoplasms)

Prescribing and conducting skincare and body treatments

Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor to maintain loyal clients

Collaborating with the laboratory and medical staff and build relationships with other healthcare providers and community organizations

Requirements:

Experience in dermatology 5+ years, preferably in a leadership role

Experience in managing medical facilities or clinics

DHA General Practitioner Licensed (mandatory)

In-depth understanding of healthcare laws and regulations in the UAE and Dubai

Ability to analyze financial reports and optimize expenses

Ability to work with devices: Hydrafacial, RF-lifting, BBL, Endosphere, CoolTera for hair removal, IVs and Injections

Strong understanding of skin anatomy, safety protocols, and the latest industry trends

Excellent leadership and management skills
