Responsibilities:
  • Assessing patients skin diseases, conditions, and ailments to determine appropriate treatment
  • Prescribing medication and creating treatment plans, referring patients for surgery where necessary
  • Monitoring patient progress
  • Assessing and updating patients medical history, including keeping a record of patients symptoms
  • Informing and educating patients on available treatments and preventative skincare
  • Referring patients to specialists in other fields
  • Keeping up to date with new medical procedures, topics, and scientific studies by attending seminars, conferences, and training programs
  • Adhering to infection-control policies and protocols to protect patients and employees
  • Provide comprehensive dermatological care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various dermatological conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, examinations, and diagnostic procedures to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other medical specialists, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in dermatology and legal regulations impacting healthcare delivery, and integrate best practices into clinical practice.
  • Offer expert consultation and guidance on legal issues, medical ethics, risk management, and compliance matters to hospital administration, healthcare providers, and staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and educational programs to enhance patient care outcomes and advance medical knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records, documentation, and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional integrity in all interactions and activities.
Qualifications:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • DHA Licensed, Medical Practitioner
  • Valid DHA license and UAE experience is mandatory.
  • Previous experience or training in healthcare law, medical malpractice, or related legal areas preferred.

  • Strong clinical skills and expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of dermatological conditions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and quality improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail during consultations with patients and reviewing medical records.
  • Effective interpersonal skills within the medical team and also with patients
  • Manual dexterity to examine the skin, apply treatments, and perform minor surgeries
  • Strong clinical diagnostic skills
  • Commitment to a high standard of care through the promotion and maintenance of skin health
  • Capable of multitasking and working diligently in a fast-paced work environment
