Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing real estate development projects.
- Track and manage the permitting and approval process.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, construction, finance, legal) and external consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain project files, contracts, permits, and other documentation.
- Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
Financial Management:
- Assist in budget preparation and cost tracking. Monitoring and tracking the spending.
- Support the preparation of financial models, feasibility studies, and pro forma analyses.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate, urban planning, business administration, engineering, management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or project management is preferred. Internships in similar fields will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Aconex) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex tasks.
