• Oversee the day-to-day HR operational activities, employee records management and compliance.
• Ensure HR processes are streamlined, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
• Manage conflict resolution processes to foster a supportive and respectful work environment
• Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Over see PRO Department and handled more than 100 new visas and renewals per month with record keeping
• Handled Staff Medical Insurance

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
