We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Deputy Manager (Female Only) to lead and manage the daily operations of our nursery.
As a Deputy Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day functions, reporting directly to the Center Director.
The ideal candidate should have:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Coordinator, Admissions Coordinator, or in a similar managerial role within a childcare setting
Proven ability to build strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns professionally and promptly
The ability to supervise and train nursery staff, providing proper guidance and ongoing training.
A commitment to maintaining policies and procedures, implementing changes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibility for coordinating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Experience with monitoring and promoting the nursery through social media channels.
Responsibility for managing fee collection, achieving enrollment targets, and coordinating new enrollments and nursery tours.
Ability to handle fee payments, collaborate with the finance department on budgets, fees, and purchases, and ensure timely collection of outstanding fees.
Responsibility for academic planning, creating monthly schedules, and overseeing events and celebrations.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, with expertise in planning and implementation
Implementation of recommendations from regulatory inspections and maintaining standards required by governing bodies.
Responsibility for managing government portals and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Ability to liaise with external service providers when needed and maintain contracts with them.
