About The Job
• Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate activities across various departments.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff.
• Identify and address operational issues and opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
• Support the General Manager in decision-making processes.
• Drive business growth and market expansion initiatives.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors.
• Develop and implement training and development programs.
• Handle escalated customer and employee issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
