Job Description

A leading logistics company in the UAE is looking for a Department Manager for Air Freight in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• 5 years of experience in logistics operations,specifically air freight , with a strong sales background.
• Proven ability to drive business development and expand a client base in the logistics industry.
• Strong network and contacts within the UAE logistics and Air freight forwarding market.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficient in logistics software and systems, with a good understanding of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree or master's degree with relevant professional certifications.

Minimum of 10 years in the same field, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the UAE or GCC countries.

Must have sales background. People Management & Operations Background knowledge of Logistics specially for Air Freight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
