Role Summary:
The Department Coordinator for the Licensing Unit will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the unit. The role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and following up on important actions and decisions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience/Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a regulatory or licensing environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
