Exciting Opportunity for Denter - Ensure High-Quality Vehicle Repairs & Bodywork!

Are you a skilled and detail-oriented professional with expertise in automotive body repairs? We are seeking a Denter to repair, replace, and restore damaged vehicle panels while ensuring manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the appearance, safety, and durability of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Purpose:

Perform vehicle body repairs and panel replacements to manufacturer standards. Ensure efficient execution of denting, fabrication, and modification tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Repair or replace worn and faulty parts according to job orders. Perform vehicle body panel repairs and ensure completion to manufacturer standards. Carry out fabrication and modification work within agreed timelines to ensure client satisfaction. Repair damaged metal bodywork and form replacement vehicle panels. Remove damaged panels and parts or upholstery and accessories for access. Straighten damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment. Repair panels by welding new sections when necessary. Inform supervisor of additional work required beyond the job card description based on fleet condition. Use scanning tools (VDS) to read and erase faults. Assist body shop technicians as needed. Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions. Maintain an inventory of body shop tools. Provide clear documentation of completed tasks, highlighting any safety concerns. Clock in/out to assigned job orders following standard procedures. Coordinate with the Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor to ensure correct parts are obtained. Follow supervisor instructions in line with company SOPs. Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times. Ensure proper handling of company assets and maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to health and safety regulations in all repair tasks. Replace various parts such as bumpers, mirrors, window lifters, hinges, and car seats. Experience in windshield replacement is a plus. Utilize MIG, spot, and oxy welding equipment; use hammer & dolly flipper to press metal. Aluminum repair and welding experience is a plus. Ensure the workplace is well maintained and meets IEM MG SOP standards.
Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or technical certification in automotive body repair. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in denting and vehicle body repairs. Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of body panel repair, straightening, and replacement. Ability to use welding tools (MIG, spot, oxy) and hydraulic repair equipment. Fluency in English (Arabic preferred). Familiarity with health & safety procedures in automotive body repair.
