The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing technical support, managing dental software application, and ensuring seamless integration and operation within our healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for dental software applications, addressing and resolving user issues in a timely manner.

- Manage and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
- Oversee HL7 interface operations, troubleshooting and resolving any issues to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Document and maintain technical procedures, user guides, and support documentation.
- Participate in software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new software features and enhancements.
- Take and manage support calls, providing prompt and effective assistance to users experiencing technical issues.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of SQL database management and HL7 standards.
- Experience with dental software applications is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals.
