We are looking for a Dental Photo Editor & Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for editing post-treatment dental images and managing our social media presence to showcase the incredible work we do. If you have experience with Photoshop , a passion for creating engaging content, and a deep understanding of social media platforms, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post-Treatment Photo Editing:
• Use Photoshop to enhance, adjust, and retouch post-treatment dental images for professional use, including before-and-after photos, close-ups, and treatment progress.
• Social Media Management:
• Create and schedule engaging posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to promote the practice, share dental tips, showcase patient results, and maintain brand consistency.
• Develop a content calendar, track analytics, and engage with the online community to increase visibility and patient engagement.
• Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Content Creation & Strategy:
• Design and produce custom visuals for social media, including infographics, promotional graphics, and engaging photo content.
• Create educational posts about dental procedures, treatments, and oral hygiene tips.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure that all social media content aligns with the practice's brand, tone, and values.
• Collaboration with the Dental Team:
• Work closely with the dentist and staff to ensure that content is up to date, relevant, and aligned with the practice's goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for photo enhancement, editing, and retouching.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Strong writing and communication skills to craft engaging posts and captions.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
• Creative and proactive mindset to stay ahead of social media trends and dental marketing.
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing for creating multimedia content (can include apps like Canva, iMovie, or Adobe Spark).
• High attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics, especially in image editing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience in managing paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Knowledge of SEO and online content optimization.
• Basic understanding of digital imaging and dental photography.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
