Acquire specific codes to ensure proper treatment and billing of all detailed procedures
Getting approvals for all procedures and processes all insurance billings for patient services
Responsible for insurance verifications and accurate communication to the team regarding the insurance coverage
Coordinates and processes payments from insurance carriers and troubleshoots any issue related to these payments
Train and educate the team on services and revenue
Maintaining relationships with insurance agents and customers
Ensuring coverage of claim, guiding team for correct usage of claim forms and approval documents
Coordinating with insurance companies for obtaining information on new policies and their coverage
Liaise with insurance companies regarding eligibility, payment, approval, reconciliation and other requirement
Advise the management with all insurance-related finance requests and reports
