Demo Call Specialist

is responsible for conducting product demonstrations for potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of the company's products or services. They engage with prospects via phone or video calls to provide in-depth, personalized demonstrations, answering any questions and addressing concerns. The role is focused on converting interested leads into customers by clearly communicating the value proposition and guiding them through the product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live product demos via phone or video calls Understand customer needs and tailor demos accordingly Answer questions and address concerns during the demo Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals Maintain accurate records of demo interactions in the CRM system Continuously improve product knowledge to provide effective demonstrations

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with product demos or customer-facing roles Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes Comfortable with remote communication technologies
