Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly; Be environmentally aware; Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines; Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues; Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus; Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships; Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets; Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner; Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination; Assist with the maximisation of F&B revenue through effective food cost control; Produce consistent quality specialised meals; Assist to supervise your section, including development of Team Members; Work closely with our Chef De Partie and Sous Chefs; Assist in developing and delivering menus that ensure satisfaction; Keep up to date with culinary trends. - Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Travel:
