  • Take care of the bread section and make sure staffs are following proper S.O.P.
  • Make sure staff are following the proper recipe and technique.
  • Assist in determining appropriate quantity of food items for baking according to the order and extend recipes as needed.
  • Maintain food quality standards including appearance and nutritional requirements.
  • Monitor temperature of foods to assure safety and quality standards are met; monitors water temperatures to assure proper temperature for breads.
  • Bake products according to time and temperature guidelines.
  • Record amounts of food produced as assigned; assist with inventory and maintain routine records as directed; prepares records of foods cooked and foods leftover.
  • Check whether staff are following appropriate sanitation and hygiene.
  • Make sure equipment, appliances and stored food supplies are clean; ensure compliance with kitchen sanitation and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Store unused food and supplies; dispose of unusable leftovers; utilize proper methods of handling food while being stored.
  • Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
  • Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behavior.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
  • Guide and motivate bakery assistants to work more efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to AED2,350.00 per month
