- \xe2\x80\xa2Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
- \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards

- \xe2\x80\xa23+ years\xe2\x80\x99 industry experience in upmarket brands with minimum 1 year of experience in similar role.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Communication skills.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
