### Key Responsibilities:

+ Assisting in Pastry Preparation: Support the Sous Chef in preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to Hanar's exceptional standards.
+ Recipe Execution: Follow recipes meticulously to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Contribute ideas for new dessert menu items and special creations.
+ Quality Control: Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products, ensuring that all pastries meet the restaurant's high-quality benchmarks.
+ Hygiene Standards: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
+ Training and Development: Collaborate with the pastry team to enhance your skills, learning new techniques and methods to elevate dessert offerings.
+ Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow kitchen staff, cooperating to ensure timely service and a smooth workflow during busy periods.
+ Inventory Management: Assist in managing pastry ingredients, ensuring stock levels are maintained and ingredients are fresh.

Requirements

• Previous experience in pastry or dessert preparation within a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and a strong desire to expand your culinary skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and delicious desserts.
