DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE

Our client, a family of unique food concepts that are built on sustainability and delicate culinary excellence who operate premium international brands including FERDI, Philippe Chow, Beef Bar, Novikov, and more, apart from amazing local brands well known for their authenticity and original Kuwaiti taste, is looking for a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting the Sous Chef in all aspects of food preparation and service. Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to menu specifications. Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Assisting in stock control and ordering supplies.

Managing and training junior members of the team.

Ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards. Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Adhering to all health and safety regulations. QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a premium dining establishment.

A passion for fine dining and a keen eye for detail.

A culinary degree or diploma.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

English language is required. SALARY & OTHERS:
