DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE
Minimum 3 years experience
Qualification as a Chef
Fluent in English and Arabic (Written and verbal)
Must have kitchen hygiene certification. HCCAP preferred
Working knowledge of International cuisine.
Must understand nutrition and a balanced food plan.
Imagination and curiosity, a passion for cooking.
A food picture port folio will be asked for demonstrating your plating skills
Record keeping of recipes and guest preferences.

Salary AED 3,000 - AED<3,500 depending on experience
