- Support the Executive Chef in the daily operation and work in Butchery section
- Monitoring all butchery operating costs and takes corrective action where necessary to reduce expenses.
- Training the other employees according to the training plan for the butchery and as necessary on daily basis.
- Check and ensure quality of all meat and seafood are up to the standard.
-Closely monitor ordering requirements from each outlet.
- To ensure that proper techniques of filleting meat, poultry same fish and cleaning of sea foods are done.
- To ensure wastage of meats are given to Main Kitchen for stock and sauces.
- To ensure correct way of storing items in the cold room.
- Ensures the induction of new staff into the department.
-Assists Executive Chef in determining the needs of the department.
- Oversees record management for all trainings conducted.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
