We embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.Role PurposeThe Demand and Supply Manager is a member of the Middle East Supply Chain Leadership Team responsible for leading the D&S Strategic plan of the MU and the D&S operations of our two affiliates (Saudi Arabia and Gulf Levant West Asia). This includes the implementation and continuous improvement of the S&OP process, distributor forecasting capabilities, inventory management, 3PM management, master data creation, assortment optimization and project leadership of launches, re-launches and supply chain allocation projects. This role is also responsible for ensuring a strong link between the MU D&S strategies and the AME and Emerging Markets SC vision, including process improvements, people development, and organizational transformation.Your TasksStrategy and business plan
Lead and steer the development and implementation of an aligned (global/region) MU D&S Strategy. Deployment & improvement of local process and standards to improve Cost and Service Level in the region.
Demand Planning
Establish an NS Forecast on a monthly basis with a rolling 20-month NS forecast in line with the business plan.
Establish an IMS forecast & perform a Demand review in collaboration with distributors, CCMs & relevant commercial stakeholders in key markets to derive a rolling 6-month IMS forecast.
Responsible for monitoring the volume planning of new product launches & challenging the assumptions of marketing & sales.
Main KPIs are FCA, Bias, SL.
Supply Planning / Inventory management
Ensure robust supply planning to provide sufficient finished goods coverage to support MLU forecast.
Act as the interface between MU Countries, their customers, and Production Centers (PCs)/ 3PMs / other Hubs for all logistics related processes.
Ensure the balanced management of both DIH and Service Level, whilst not limiting the growth potential of the MU.
Main KPIs: DIH/Coverage, Waste, Inventory Mix/Performance
Master data / SC Project Leader / Assortment Optimization
Lead L/RL and re-allocation projects.
Provide guidelines to operational team in Dubai and in other countries on proper material master data maintenance.
Drive MU NART reduction target.
3PM/DC Collaboration
Establish joint projects with 3PM in order to improve the replenishment cycle of locally produced SKUs.
Foster & develop collaboration between teams to ensure overall success of the regional value chain.
Organization and Processes
Steer SC standard processes as well as the structure of the D&S Function.
Identify potential organizational changes and measures for improvement of the function.
Initiate adequate measures that cater to the local business needs which are aligned with the MENA SC organizational strategy.
Leadership
Maximize team performance through providing guidance, coaching, capability development & driving motivation.

10 years management experience in Supply Chain, experience in planning desirable.
