Demand Planning Manager
Job Description
Job Purpose:
We seek a skilled Demand Planning Manager to lead our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage a team of 5 professionals, ensuring efficient and accurate demand planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of 5 demand planning professionals.
• Develop and implement demand planning processes.
• Analyze data to create accurate demand forecasts.
• Optimize inventory levels and implement control measures.
• Oversee ERP system usage for demand planning activities.
• Create reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills.
• Continuously improve demand planning processes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
• Proven managerial experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
