• Demand Planning and Management: Oversee the end-to-end demand management process, ensuring the successful allocation of resources and services to meet business objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment across business and IT.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure the timely delivery of projects by managing the demand and balancing workloads across available resources, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and minimizing bottlenecks.
• Project Oversight: Work closely with project managers, ensuring that demand forecasting aligns with project timelines, scope, and available resources.
• Banking Sector Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the banking industry to anticipate challenges and provide tailored solutions for stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest banking trends and technologies.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in demand forecasting and resource allocation, implementing solutions to minimize impact and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Collaboration with Business Units: Collaborate with various business units and stakeholders, including product owners, IT teams, and senior leadership, to ensure demand aligns with overall strategic goals and business objectives.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze historical demand data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and provide actionable insights for improved demand management and capacity planning.

Skills, Qualifications, and Prerequisites

• Banking Experience: Strong background in the banking sector with a deep understanding of banking services, operations, and technologies.
• All-Rounder Expertise: A versatile professional with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and demands, balancing the needs of various stakeholders.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing data to forecast demand, identify resource needs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Resource and Project Management: Proven experience in resource allocation, project management, and demand planning. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges early and find creative solutions to balance competing demands and deliver on time.
• Certifications: Project management or demand management certifications (such as PMP, ITIL, or similar) are a plus but not required.
