Job Description

We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented delivery supervisor to join our team. Should be able to oversees the operations and staff involved in the distribution of finished goods.

Responsibilities

Team Management:

• Supervise and lead a team of delivery support staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.

Operations Oversight:

• Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to manage finished goods and ensure the availability of products.

Performance Monitoring, Stock management and administrative:

• Track and analyze delivery performance metrics, such as delivery times and accuracy.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency
• Prepare and submit reports on delivery operations and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align delivery operations with overall business objectives.
• Submit finished goods and delivery / transfer reports on daily basis.
• Monitor and maintaining of finished goods stock.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor degree.

NB:- Should have relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
