We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Service Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete process of onboarding new riders, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries, handling legal matters, and collaborating with various government authorities. Key Responsibilities :

• Onboarding & Rider Management : Manage the complete process of onboarding new riders with clients, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met and the onboarding process runs smoothly.
• Delivery Operations Oversight : Oversee the day-to-day operations of delivery services, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth coordination between riders and clients.
• Legal Assistance : Handle and provide assistance with legal matters related to bike riders, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Government Relations : Manage relationships with the RTA (Roads and Transport Authority), ITC (Inter-Transport Control), and other relevant government transport authorities.
• Compliance & Regulations : Collaborate with clients to ensure all rider-related regulations are strictly followed and met.
• Offboarding Riders : Lead and monitor the offboarding process for riders, ensuring a smooth exit while maintaining compliance with policies.
• Business Development : Drive business development efforts to expand and grow the delivery services division, identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Delivery Service Manager or in a similar role within logistics or delivery services.
• Strong knowledge of government transport regulations, RTA guidelines, and legal compliance related to delivery services.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients, government authorities, and vendors.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth in the division.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.
