Jeeto Monarch Raffle Novelties and Gifts LLC is looking for reliable and proactive individuals to join our team as Delivery Riders. As a Delivery Rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our novelty items and gifts to our valued customers. You will be responsible for safely transporting products from our warehouse or retail locations to customers\' homes or designated delivery points. OWN BIKE REQUIRED
- Safely and efficiently navigate assigned delivery routes using a provided delivery vehicle (bicycle, motorcycle, or car).
- Pick up orders from the warehouse or retail locations and ensure all items are accounted for.
- Plan delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
- Deliver products to customers\' homes or designated delivery points in a timely manner.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery addresses and contact customers as needed for clarification.
- Handle cash-on-delivery payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers courteously and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.
- Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
