JOB DESCRIPTION
o 20+ years Total Experience in Testing which has 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager o Should have good banking experience o Overall Responsible for Quality of testing and Timely delivery o Responsible for building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of account. o Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements o Will own end-to-end governance for the account and coordinate with the bank on a regular basis. o Single point of contact for the bank and act as a primary interface to the bank for all matters that can affect the baseline, & schedule. o Conduct regularly scheduled account status meetings. o Review and administer the Project Change Control Procedure with the Bank SPOC. o Identify and resolve problems and issues together with the Bank's leadership team. o Responsible for preparation and delivery of all periodic reports/ documents relating to the projects in the account being delivered. o Interaction with the Client team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issues o Ensure compliance with Client and QualityKiosk processes. o Knowledge Management and retention on the project / account. o Assign tasks to the test managers & manage workload efficiently o Tracking project milestones and deliverables o Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore process and agreed timelines o Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation
