JOB DESCRIPTION
Demand Manager is an on-site (Dubai) role, who will be responsible for getting the details of the upcoming demands well in advance and plan accordingly as to have the SOW closed and PO provisioned along with resources ready before the start of the project. Core Responsibilities : 1) Tracking upcoming demands a) Tracking upcoming projects b) Getting project details from respective unit heads and gathering requirements 2) Estimation a) Working with respective test manager and coming up with estimate for the project b) Getting estimates fine-tuned and aligned with unit heads and test head c) Getting internal approval on the estimate and then sharing it with test head d) final agreed costs with QK management and along with margins for approval 3) Documentation and presentation a) Prepare and conduct SOW walkthrough of the project with corresponding stake holders from client b) SOW with sales team for taking it forward with the bank 4) Resource identification and confirmation a) Raise resource requests (RRFs) with QK RMG team to get the resources for upcoming projects b) Confirm on resource onboarding date c) follow-up with RMG to have the resource onboarded before the project start
