This role involves managing large-scale software and application transformation projects across various geographic locations, providing technical leadership, and ensuring continuous improvement through Agile, AI, and DevOps methodologies. You will also manage customer contracts, project governance, and resource utilization, ensuring successful project execution.Additionally, the role includes guiding product development, offering expert insights to clients, and fostering innovation. You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams, while serving as a trusted advisor to clients on technical trends and opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving digital growth.Responsibilities:Lead and manage technical and delivery teams, overseeing customer program deliverables, P&L, and services-led growth.Manage product development and service contracts across geographic locations and industries.Oversee governance for software projects, application transformation programs with onsite, offsite, and offshore teams.Provide technical expertise in DotNet, React, BPM, Data Migration, BI, etc., guiding design and architecture for projects.Solve technical and analytical challenges, diving deep into issues for resolution.Improve team efficiency through Agile, AI, DevOps, and continuous improvement initiatives.Guide product teams with domain expertise to deliver successful solutions.Manage customer contracts, risks, SLAs, project planning, resource estimation, and delivery schedules.Maximize billable utilization and performance across customer programs.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into technical trends and business impact, and identifying new business opportunities.Lead the ideation and development of innovative solutions to support digital growth.Define hiring strategy, training, and KPIs to build high-performing, learning-driven teams.Technical Skills & Competencies:Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong technology expertise with the ability to design solutions.Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking.In-depth knowledge of business domains.Soft Skills:Customer-centric approach with strong relationship management skills.Effective communication and clarity in articulating ideas.Cross-functional collaboration skills.Passion for achieving results with a strong sense of urgency.Strong people management abilities, including goal setting, coaching, and performance management.Quick decision-making in the best interest of the organization and customer.Qualifications:Any Bachelors degree required (Engineering in Information Technology preferred).Experience:20+ years of experience, including 10+ years in delivery leadership roles.
