Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the central transport team regarding

vehicle passing, permits and insurance renewals

and ensure all regulatory requirements are complied with. Schedule and coordinate vehicle

maintenance and repairs

, ensuring minimal downtime. Track service schedules and maintain

updated records

of vehicle documentation. Collect & Reconcile

Proof of Deliveries (PODs) from drivers.

Follow up with drivers for missing PODs and resolve any discrepancies. Ensure PODs are verified, and submitted to the business on time. Coordinate with drivers, sales team, and billing team to ensure deliveries are completed.
Qualifications & Skills.

2-3 years of experience in transportation, or a similar coordination role. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain. Familiarity with UAE transport regulations and compliance. Good communication and coordination skills.
Salary will be all inclusive (Accommodation Deduction of 450 AED from gross salary if opting for company accommodation)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
