Order Pickup and Delivery:

• Pick up and deliver orders promptly from various locations, including restaurants, stores, and warehouses, to customers\' addresses.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all items, maintaining high standards of customer service.

Route Planning:

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.

• Utilize GPS navigation and other tools to navigate efficiently and avoid traffic congestion.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.

• Wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets and reflective vests, as required.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery bike to ensure it is in good working condition.

Order Handling:

• Verify the accuracy of orders before leaving for delivery.

• Handle and transport orders carefully to avoid damage or spillage.

Payment Processing:

• Collect payments from customers when required and provide receipts.

• Handle cash and digital payments accurately and securely.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including time of delivery, payments received, and any issues encountered.

• Submit daily reports to the supervisor or manager as required.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery bike and report any issues or repairs needed.

• Ensure the bike is clean and well-maintained at all times.

RequirementsEducation:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensure:

• Valid UAE motorcycle driving license.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with local roads and traffic conditions is an advantage.

Skills:

• Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and maintaining records.
