Our fast-growing practice focuses on providing support for potential, actual transactions and assists clients in all operational integration aspects of the transaction, pre and post completion, including: Buy side operational, integration due diligence; Synergy development and review; Sell-side due diligence; Carve-out; Turnaround; Taking control and 100-day planning; Value creation plan; Mergers & Acquisitions Integration; Post-acquisition performance improvement.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Deals Delivering Value Senior Manager focusing within Financial Services and Technology, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversee post-merger integrations, identifying and leveraging synergies to enhance value creation and ensure successful integration of acquisitions for clients across within the Financial Services SectorIdentifying synergies and value creation opportunitiesProvide expert advice on setting deal strategies, managing post-deal execution, and supporting operational due diligence for potential acquisitionsDevelop and refine technology and digital strategies tailored to the financial services sector, including banking (digital banking) and paymentsAssist our clients with Day 1 readiness activities to ensure smooth transitions and operational continuity post-acquisitionOversee and manage complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery (may include multiple projects at a time, while leading a team consultants)Identify and pursue opportunities to sell additional services and new work, collaborating with the DDV team and the wider PwC networkLead business development efforts, including drafting proposals and marketing materials to secure new mandatesManaging client expectations and ensuring that the scope of work, as agreed upon within the contract, is completed to PwCs standards of excellenceDeveloping your understanding of the key trends in the Financial Services sector in the Middle East regionRequirements9+ years of relevant experience in financial services technology, with at least 3-4 years in a consulting roleDemonstrated expertise in banking technology, digital banking, and payments, including deep knowledge of technology strategy, operating models, and due diligenceExperience in the execution and program management of post-merger integrations / carve outs ranging from large scale acquisitions and disposals to smaller scale transactions will be an advantageProven ability to drive project delivery end-to-end, from strategy through executionProficiency with the full consulting toolkit, including PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant softwareStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with a results-oriented mindsetAbility to communicate confidently and persuasively to diverse audiences, delivering clear and impactful messages that resonate with various stakeholdersExhibits strong time management and organizational abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines efficientlyArabic speaking would be considered an assetYour flexibility to travel 40-60% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
