Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Delegate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving delegate registrations for our events, conferences, and exhibitions. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential delegates.
• Contact prospective delegates via phone, email, and social media.
• Present and promote event benefits to potential delegates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing delegates.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to delegates, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and delegate information in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or exhibitions industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel if required.
